If you purchased Exelon common stock between December 1, 2016, through October 30, 2019, for the beneficial interest of a person or organization other than yourself, the Commission has directed that WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE PLAN NOTICE, YOU MUST EITHER: (a) request from the Fund Administrator sufficient copies of the Plan Notice to forward to all such beneficial owners and WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS after receipt thereof forward them to all such beneficial owners; or (b) WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS of receipt of the Plan Notice, provide a list of the names, addresses, and email addresses (to the extent known) to the Fund Administrator.
If you are providing a list of names, emails, and addresses to the Fund Administrator:
Compile a list of names and addresses of the Beneficial Owners that purchased or acquired Exelon common stock between December 1, 2016, through October 30, 2019 (inclusive).
Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel Format. A preformatted spreadsheet can be found by clicking here.
Then you must do one of the following:
Upload the spreadsheet here; or
Email the spreadsheet to broker@ExelonFairFund.com.
If you are mailing the Plan Notice to beneficial owners:
Request the needed number of copies (no more than fifty) of the Plan Notice by filling out a mailing request form here. You must mail the Plan Notice to the beneficial owners within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the Plan Notice.
